UNICEF Children's Day and Inter-Faith Week
Pupils design their owen Posters...
Pupils have celebrated UNICEF Children’s Day and Inter-Faith Week by having an afternoon of art to design posters to express, share and celebrate their beliefs.
Linked to Article 14 from the United Nations. Conventions on the Rights of the Child - Every child has the right to think and believe what they choose and to also practice their religion, as long as they are not stopping other people from enjoying their rights - each year group discussed the importance of this right whist considering the message of Inter Faith Week to strengthen relationships between people of different religions and beliefs building awareness and understanding.
Each year group was given a concept to develop in their artwork.
