CEOP  (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command) -  If a child is worried about online abuse of any nature or the way someone has been communicating with them online, they can make a report to one of CEOP's Child Protection Advisors.  The website has a link to Childline to talk anonymously online or on the phone about bullying as well as links to a range of information for children to keep themselves or any child they know safe from online exploitation.
